Evolve Air & Wedge Welder

The Evolve Air&Wedge Welder is a versatile tool for wide format printers, designed to create hems and join banners efficiently. It features hot air and hot wedge technologies, capable of reaching up to 700ºC, to handle a variety of materials like PVC laminated and coated fabrics, and woven polypropylene. The machine includes precision control systems, a material puller, and a tape dispenser. It also has a built-in table, an easy-to-use multilingual touchscreen interface, and optional customisable accessories.

This device is equipped with a 7” color touchscreen, designed for quick and easy adjustments in industrial settings. The robust, responsive screen ensures durability and efficiency in a wide format printing environment. Features include an intuitive user interface with simple navigation, real-time adjustments for speed, weld width, and material compatibility, along with support for multiple languages.
