Helios Cutting System

Trimalco’s Helios cutting system is considered one of the most versatile on the market.

It’s simple to put together straight from the box and quite versatile. Can be used on either a portable or a fixed bench.

PVC foam board, banners, vinyl, fabric, paper, corrugated plastics, magnetic sheet, aluminium composite (score and break), polystyrene, as well as other materials can be cut!

The Helios is equipped with a lift and float system that secures the cutter rail a small distance above the cut line to aid in media loading, alignment, and offloading.

When attached to the front edge of a table, the HELIOS can be tucked aside to a safe position under the table, freeing up the work surface for other tasks.

It also includes an integrated levelling adjustment that allows the cutter bar to rest perfectly on material up to 20mm (3/4″) thick.

• Guaranteed to be straight to 0.4mm (0.016″)
• There is no need to set up or adjust the integrated base plate
• Can be used on any work surface – two full-length silicone strips on the underside prevent slippage and protect the work surface
• It is completely portable; use it on your table, mount it on an optional stand, build it into an existing table
