Euroflute is one of Eurotech’s specialties. Our Euroflute is a fluted sheet made from polypropylene.
It is available in print grade for the signage and visual communication industry or pack grade which is used by the construction and packaging industries.
Based in Perth, Western Australia, Eurotech services order fulfilment Australia wide from delivering pallet quantities into Sydney to containers into Melbourne. Cutting fluted sheet to size is not a problem with our in-house cutting service.
At Eurotech, we offer the fluted Euroflute sheet, the premier brand for sign writers and digital printers. If you want to apply a print to a wall, using Euroflute is a good option. The high-grade sheets made from polypropylene can be used for virtually all signage applications.
Other surface applications include:
The sheets are durable and can withstand the effects of UV exposure. This makes them ideal for outdoor use. Corona-treated, they are also perfect for direct printing, minimising costs for extra materials.
Prints can also be applied to the Euroflute surface using printed self adhesive vinyl. Using a laminating process the self adhesive process, the prints can be applied easily and efficiently.
At Eurotech our mission is to provide you as a wide format printer or signage manufacturer, flute sheet which is of a high grade and printable. It is suitable for direct to flute sheet printing in the way of flatbed printing, depending on the dyne level your ink requires.
There are several variables in getting a top quality print:
The Euroflute sheet colours are available in black and white, in 3mm, 5mm and 8mm options. Prices vary depending on size, GSM and other features. To add the items to your cart, please see the table below which includes a range of sizes up to 3000mm long. The GSM stands for grams per square metre. The higher the GSM the more plastic the sheet has making it stronger and also cost more. Not all Euroflute is made equal, some Ritelute sheet is UV stabilized and some is not. The UV stabilized sheet will not break down when exposed to sunlight but the Euroflute that is not stabilized will become brittle over time and break down. It depends on your application as to what type of Euroflute you purchase.
The material Euroflute is made from is polypropylene plastic using an extrusion process.
