Problems with the alignment of the foil during carwrapping? We have the solution: LaserLion series (cross laser)
The suggestion came from a professional bonding team during a bonding competition. They thought that if you had two lasers instead of one on our popular alignment laser for conventional film plotting, the alignment of a full-surface printed film on vehicles could be drastically simplified and the risk of print misalignment almost completely eliminated.
We immediately took up this idea and completely revised our previous model. On request, you can now get a much easier to move sliding carriage either as a double head mount or for mounting a single laser. With both you can take reference lines for foil plots and move them parallel on the vehicle as well as search reference points on the vehicle and mark them for later application of the prints. We offer you the “Plain-Version” without laser to use a possibly existing laser. Please make sure, however, that the full or partial foiling is done with a cross line laser and that the so-called self-levelling can be switched off. This is counterproductive for both full foil and conventional plotting.
If you decide to buy one of our LaserLion you have the choice between the cheaper “red laser” and the more expensive “green laser”. The difference lies clearly in the visibility of the laser line. The green one is sometimes even twice as visible as the red one. Our opinion a real PLUS! But just decide for yourself 🙂
In the WrapLaser series you get the set with either the red or green laser!
Set consists of:
- LaserLion Base (base plate)
- LaserLion Bar 200 (2m profile)
- LaserLion Tray Single (laser holder)
- 1 x LaserLion Green or LaserLion Red (laser head green or red)
